Holistic Coaching from a Non-Dual Perspective.
My offer is aimed at people who long for meaningfulness in their work, strive for integrity and want to harmonize success and happiness.
The Other Side of the Only Side
There are two types of problems in the world – real problems and imaginary problems.
We are not so much aware, though, about imaginary problems. Most of life’s problems are of an imaginary nature. And a peculiarity of an imaginary problem is that it gets worse when we apply a solution to it – because the supposed solution becomes the actual problem.
Imagine yourself on a Möbius strip with the burning desire to get to the other side.
Whatever you do, it won’t get you to the other side. Any solution you apply will, at best, leave you exhausted or burnt out.
I help you to differentiate between real and imaginary problems. And I help you deal with the imaginary problems so that you realize that you are already on the other side – the only side – of the Möbius strip, because there is only this ONE side.
You can’t solve imaginary problems, you can only let them go.
« Happiness is your nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside. »

What is Non-Duality?
« You are already that which you seek. » – Ramana Maharshi
Non-dualism holds that all of creation is an expression of one indivisible, eternal consciousness and that the idea of separate entities is merely a delusion, a projection within this all-encompassing being.
Traditionally anchored in the teachings of Hinduism, particularly in currents such as Advaita Vedanta and Kashmir Shaivism, the essence of non-duality is also found in many other spiritual and religious traditions, including Zen Buddhism, Daoism, Christian mysticism and Sufism, underlining its universal relevance and appeal.
The revelation that arises from a deep understanding of non-duality has far-reaching consequences: It reveals, for example, that we are already perfect at our core, rather than being flawed beings who must strive ceaselessly for perfection in the future.
When non-dualism is freed from possible traditional incrustations and tendencies towards nihilism, one realizes that everyday life – ordinary everyday life in the here and now, far from caves and monasteries – is the ideal place to bring the search for happiness to a final conclusion.
“There is no right way. There is no wrong way. Life is your path,” says Dr. Vijai S Shankar.
I also see the combination of business and non-duality as an extremely exciting approach, especially for people in the context of Western culture.
Who is Lutz Severin Augspurger?
From an early age, I was fascinated by the question of why something exists at all – or to put it in Heidegger’s words: “Why is there something at all and not rather nothing?”
This brings me to my second key question: How do I find happiness?
In view of this question, I was fascinated by the possible existence of an overriding principle that – beyond all social conventions – determines our lives as a fundamental law.
It is precisely this principle whose existence is expressed as a common denominator in all our actions: the pursuit of lasting happiness.
My affinity for the “path of knowledge” then led me to India to study the traditional Hindu path of knowledge known as Advaita Vedanta. However, the realization that a rigid corset of traditions and rituals is a hindrance to the transmission of truth eventually led me to the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Atmananda Krishna Menon, Jean Klein and Lester Levenson.
Over the last two decades, I have been able to study the teachings of these masters intensively, both through their writings and through direct contact with their students in India, the USA, Australia and Europe.
« Why are you unhappy?
Because 99.9 percent of everything you think, and of everything you do, is for yourself – and there isn’t one. »
